Can a Poor Country to Make a SuperCar ?

The supercars market is represented by the powers of the world. This is the prove of the high level of national economie. The fact is real because to concept a supercar, a companie spends a lot of money. Creating Bugatti Veyron costed Vw almost 10 millions $. A country lik Romania, Brazil, or Peru haven't this economic power. In this sense there are reports of used cars market that show a high development in poor countries because people haven't money to buy a new car. So, it isn't about just cars, more elements affect this cars contruction.
Italy, Germany, England or United States have this kind of supercars, being represented by Lamborghini, Ferrari, Aston Martin, Ford GT or Bugatti Veyron. In this class want to entry and ... Poland !? Yes, Poland prepairs in secret a supercar. This prototype will be built by Veno Automotive, a companie from Poland that announced the car will be produced in limmited seriesl, almost 50 models. They haven't a name for the concept but certainly is it looks very much with Lamborghini Reventon. The battle is very hard if we think that it has opponents like Lamborghini, Ferrari, Koenigsegg or Aston Martin. The principal aspect of the concept is the body support huge power, over 1000hp. It will have all supercars elements, fiber carbon in construction, huge power, futuristic design. For now, the engine will be borrowed from Audi, a V8 wih 500hp. If this isn't enough, the officials announced for 2009 a 6.2 V8 engine with over 700hp. As a companie that respects itself, Veno Automotive willt launch and a green version whici go with batteries.
It sounds interresting but we wait to test the car to give the final decission.
